1. Your Data Stays Yours

Sticksy is designed from the ground up to respect your privacy. All your sticky notes, kanban boards, pomodoro sessions, audio transcriptions, and attachments are processed and stored strictly on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store your personal data on external servers.

2. Full User Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the app. Because your data lives only on your hardware, we have no access to it, and we never share or sell your information to third parties.

3. Local Analytics & Permissions

To provide features like audio transcription and attachment handling, Sticksy may request access to your Microphone, Speech Recognition, Camera, and Photo Library. These permissions are used exclusively to deliver the functionality within the app. The processing for transcription happens locally on your device and is not sent to the cloud.

4. No Tracking

We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites. We do not employ third-party targeted advertising frameworks.

5. Changes to this Policy

If we ever introduce optional cloud syncing or change how data is handled, we will update this Privacy Policy and explicitly request your consent before any of your data leaves your device.
